Sobre el trabajo
Il tirocinante affiancherà il Team Guest Experience nello svolgimento delle attività quotidiane e lo supporterà nel soddisfare le esigenze dei clienti durante tutta la loro permanenza in hotel. Si occuperà di promuovere l’hotel e i servizi Marriott e di fornire informazioni, dare indicazioni e suggerimenti sulla città di Milano al fine di creare un servizio personalizzato al cliente. Inoltre avrà modo di interfacciarsi con gli altri reparti, in particolare con il Ricevimento, e imparerà a gestire eventuali complaints. Supporterà il ricevimento nelle operazioni di check-in e check-out e il centralino nella gestione delle chiamate interne ed esterne. Nel corso dello stage il tirocinante apprenderà gli standard e le procedure di un hotel 5 stelle lusso e si rapporterà con una clientela internazionale.
