Your Purpose

Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.

An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Social Media Intern to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys and to support the launch and growth of our TikTok channel. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a luxury brand's presence on a dynamic platform, contributing to content creation, trend research, and community engagement. You'll work closely with our Social Media and Creative teams to bring our brand to life in a way that feels native to TikTok, while maintaining the elegance and sophistication that defines us. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.

Your Impact

* Support the development and launch of the brand's official TikTok account.
* Help manage a content calendar and track publishing deadlines.
* Research trends, audio, formats, and influencers aligned with the brand's tone and aesthetic.
* Assist in creating TikTok video content and writing on-brand captions.
* Support community management by monitoring comments and messages and flagging those that require action.
* Support the reporting process by capturing key data points and performance trends.
* Contribute to cross-channel social media support as needed.
* Maintain and organise our content library and archive assets.
* Participate in team brainstorms, contribute ideas, and support ad hoc content needs.

Your Journey so far

* Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program.
* Degree or Master in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is a plus.

Your Essentials

* Passion for TikTok and a strong understanding of what works on the platform.
* Strong interest in luxury, travel, and digital communications.
* Excellent written English (British English preferred) and a sharp eye for detail.
* A good eye for aesthetic and brand alignment.
* Working knowledge of Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic photo editing is a plus.
* Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
* Experience with social media analytics or reporting is a plus.
