We are seeking a highly organised, creative, and results-driven Events Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all events hosted at AX Care properties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
* Plan and coordinate all aspects of events from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up.
* Work closely with clients to understand their needs and tailor events accordingly.
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event execution.
* Prepare event proposals, contracts, and detailed function sheets.
* Manage budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
* Conduct site inspections and client walkthroughs.
* Supervise event setup and breakdown, ensuring standards are met.
* Handle any issues or emergencies during events with professionalism and efficiency.
* Track and analyze event performance for continuous improvement.
* Perform Duty Manager responsibilities when required
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, Events Management, or related field.
* Proficient in MS Office suite
* Proficient in English language
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning/coordination
* Excellent organisational and project management skills.
* Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
