Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Front Office Manager to lead our hotel's front desk team in Malta. Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage all front office operations, including reception, guest services, and concierge
* Ensure efficient check-in and check-out procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service
* Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally
* Monitor and manage room availability, occupancy, and rates in coordination with the reservations team
* Lead, train, and motivate front office and concierge staff; schedule shifts and delegate tasks effectively
* Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
* Maintain and enforce all Standard Operating Procedures, including Forbes standards
* Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies
* Oversee cash handling procedures, billing accuracy, and guest folio management

Requirements:

* Minimum of 2 years' experience in a managerial or supervisory role within the Front Office in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach
* Proficient in hotel management systems
* Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage
* Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
* Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
* Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team
