We are looking for General accountant to join the management company of Zannier Hotels, working on two main tasks (i) centralised accounting - dedicated to Namibia and (ii) in charge of our management company accounting

Centralised accounting - Namibia

• In charge our accounting review of one operating entity in Namibia with the assistance of local team
• Ensure procedures are followed on regular basis
• Prepare monthly closing of balance sheet + P&L
• Follow-up on cash: payments in & out
• Maintain and build communication with key stakeholders

Management company accounting

• In charge of accounting of management company, including:
• Establish client invoices and follow-up payments
• Supplier accounting & payment
• HR accounting
• Prepare monthly closing of management company
• Cash management

Hard skills:

• Good understanding and knowledge of accounting in an hospitality environment
• +2 years experience in accounting department
• Knowledge of pack office (especially excel)
• English and spanish
• Other language is a plus

Soft skills:

• Ability to work with different culture
• Strong organisation and multitasking skills
• Humble and ready to learn
• Take ownership and solve problems

Others:

• Business trips may be required to Namibia
