Commis Demi Chef de Rang au Bar Galerie Terrasse H/F
Hôtel Plaza Athénée - Dorchester Collection
Paris, France
The Hoxton opened its doors in Florence, capital of Italy’s Tuscany region and home to some of the world’s most famous masterpieces of Renaissance art, architecture and monuments. This eye-candy city is packed with culture and is the birthplace of gelato – we did not need any persuading to make it our second home in the country.
The Hoxton in Florence feature 161 beautiful bedrooms of varying sizes, a large ground floor restaurant, bar, lobby, rooftop and courtyard. There is also a basement meeting and events space.
More about us…
The Hoxton is a series of open-house hotels, each in a neighbourhood that we love. Ever since we opened our first hotel in Shoreditch, we’ve never just been about offering a bed for the night. We want to be more than that: proving style doesn’t need to be sacrificed for good value and providing a place where guests can hang out alongside the locals and submerse themselves in the neighbourhood with vibrant, welcoming public spaces.
What you'll do..
You make sure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Whatever's needed, you treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
Deal with the coming and going of guests, making sure all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
Work with all our teams to make sure we're always busy and help our Night Manager with any overbooking levels.
Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise, involving the team as needed - you're the one-stop-shop for our guests to turn to.
Assist the Night Manager with end of day procedures.
Always maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.
What's in it for you...
Homey & Layered
The Hoxton is a series of hotels rooted in culture and community. Each hotel is a reflection of its neighbourhood, inspired by the diversity of the streets and scenes that surround them. Ever since we opened the doors of our first hotel in Shoreditch back in 2006, we’ve been known for our vibrant, homey lobbies and our celebration of the locality through art, design, retail and eclectic programming.
