Are you an experienced Payroll Manager looking for a new challenge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment?

Our prestigious hotel group is seeking a dedicated professional to lead our payroll operations in our shared service centre.

We are looking for a Payroll Manager!

As a Payroll Manager, we rely on you to:

  • Report to Assistant Vice President – Finance and oversee the entire payroll process for our hotel staff across Hong Kong.
  • Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll updates, including Tax Returns and Final Payments, for new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
  • Manage compliance with all applicable laws and regulations regarding payroll and employment.
  • Collaborate with HR and finance teams to streamline payroll processes and improve efficiency.
  • Provide leadership and support to the payroll team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous improvement.
  • Prepare the monthly payroll report, summary, reconciliation and related labour cost and expenses to Accounting System for management reference
  • Assist to prepare the monthly labour cost forecast and annual budget.
  • Compute MPF & ORSO Scheme monthly contributions and ensure that those are deposited on time.
  • To conduct the e-payslip receipt confirmation monthly.
  • Perform any other accounting duties or special projects as assigned by direct superior


We are looking for someone who has:

  • ​​​​​​ Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of payroll management experience, preferably in a shared service environment.
  • Strong understanding of payroll software and systems.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
