We are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to join our busy Central London restaurant collection, work close in partnership with the administration and operations manager, alongside our head chefs and general managers. 

As a ROKA Administration Assistant your role will include:

  • Supporting restaurant with daily cash ups and financial reconciliation
  • To liaise and work closely with the purchasing department in regards to external service and maintenance contracts.
  • To raise purchase orders
  • To liaise with our 3rd party accountancy firm
  • Office maintenance  
  • HR Administration
  • Dealing with receipt and voucher requests from reservations
  • Invoice support
  • Office maintenance

Admin Assistant candidates should have an excellent command of English, both spoken and written, as well as a friendly and professional business manner. A good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.

This role demands strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a small office environment based in the restaurant. Our admin team is an integral part of each restaurant and you will become a well loved member of the team.

This is a Full-Time position, Monday - Friday.
