InterContinental Malta is looking to recruit a Stewarding Supervisor to join their team on a full/part-time basis. Reporting directly to the Chief Steward, the Stewarding Supervisor will assist with the efficient and effective operation of the Stewarding Department.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing daily tasks across multiple kitchens.
Ensure adherence to kitchen hygiene standards in our various F&B Outlets
Ensure adherence to departmental procedures and H&S Standards
Providing leadership to the Kitchen Stewards
Being responsible for the Shift

Significant and proven experience as a Stewarding Supervisor in a high-volume Food and Beverage operation.
Must be highly organized, and have a solid supervisory skills as
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Must be flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
