RECEPTION MANAGEMENT TRAINEE - RESPONSIBILITIES
- Learn and assist in the check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests
- Gain proficiency in managing room reservations and updating the booking system
- Develop excellent customer service skills to handle guest inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Assist in processing payments, handling cash transactions, and addressing billing inquiries
- Work closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth guest experiences
- Assist in various administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping
- Participate in training programs designed to enhance reception management skills

- Recent graduates within 36 months
- Minimum 12 months of related work/internship experience
