Resort Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a Resort Manager to lead and inspire the Canouan Estate hospitality operations. This role is ideal for a dynamic professional with a solid background in high-end resort operations, particularly in remote or island settings. The successful candidate will bring a strategic and people-first approach to resort leadership while managing the villas, golf, F&B, and homeowner operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of hospitality and villas, including golf course and F\&B outlets
• Manage and strengthen relationships with villa owners and HOA stakeholders
• Lead project coordination, and owner-related service delivery
• Maintain and continuously elevate service standards across all touchpoints
• Drive departmental and individual development plans across operational teams

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

• Experience with Leading Hotels of the World (LHW) or similar luxury brands
• Strong financial and operational oversight capability
• Sound project management skills, particularly in villa or estate settings
• Ability to adapt and lead effectively in a remote or challenging environment
• A collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentoring and team building

Performance Metrics

• Proven experience in luxury hospitality with a strong service culture
• Hands-on leadership with a structured, goal-oriented management style
• A deep understanding of Golf and F&B operations in a luxury setting
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to drive team development and guest satisfaction
• Track record of working closely with homeowners and HOAs in similar environments
