Job Description
* Direct and oversee the functionality and safety of the hotel which are mechanical, electrical, plumbing & heating, life and safety system, maintenance of building and kitchen equipment.
* Oversee and develop engineering Department operating budget according to the company guidelines.
* Manage the maintenance & renovation project.
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years of experience in management level.
* Experienced in a hotel renovation is preferable.
* Strong technical competencies & managerial skills
