At  InterContinental London Park Lane, we are currently looking for a Mandarin or Cantonese speaking Business Development Director  to join our Luxury Leisure Segment  within the Asian Market – 12 Month Maternity Cover

As our Business Development Director, you will need to drive and develop new and existing business from the Luxury Leisure segments within Asia to maximize revenue in line with assigned targets. You will need to expand the hotel’s existing Luxury Leisure network by representing the hotel at local, regional, national, and international tradeshows for Luxury travel, Entertainment and Corporate segments. Working collaboratively with all Global Sales personnel to build lasting relationships within the Asian markets. 

 

You will have strong strategic planning skills and ability to look ahead and put strategies in place to support your plans.​ With 5 years’ experience working within Luxury Leisure sales environment you have knowledge of all the market segments. Corporate, Conference and Leisure. Working closely with and hold accountable 3rd party representation companies, you must be able to review, and report return on investment. You are a team player and contribute to a professional and balanced working environment who creates pride in delivering a consistent guest experience. Mandarin or Cantonese speaking essential
