- Essere responsabile e aggiornarsi sugli orari degli arrivi e partenze degli ospiti- Accogliere l’ospite in maniera calorosa gli ospiti secondo gli standard stabiliti- Assistere gli ospiti nel trasportare i bagagli da e per le loro camere- Mantenere in ordine e pulita la hall e il deposito bagagli - Gestire e custodire i bagagli/attrezzature degli ospiti- Collaborare attivamente con il proprio Team e con i colleghi dell’Hotel - Rispettare e applicare tutti gli standard - Effettuare gli acquisti esterni/interni richiesti dagli ospiti- Svolgere tutti i compiti richiesti dal Primo Portiere

- Pregressa esperienza nell’ambito dello stesso ruolo e in Hotel 5 stelle lusso
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana e inglese. Una terza lingua è preferita
- Precisione, cura del dettaglio, forte orientamento all’ospite, affidabilità, problem solving
- Ottime doti relazionali sia con gli ospiti sia con il team
