Your instructor in this masterclass will be awarded French chef Gabriel Kreuther. Kreuther's passion for cooking was ignited at a young age by the rich culinary traditions of his homeland, Alsace. After completing his formal education and a work exchange program in Washington D.C., Gabriel worked his way up the ranks of starred kitchens in Germany, France, and Switzerland. This was followed by a transformative period at Jean-Georges restaurant in New York City where he honed his skills. In June 2015, Chef Kreuther opened his eponymous restaurant, Gabriel Kreuther, in the vibrant heart of Midtown Manhattan. At his restaurant, the chef seamlessly blends his classic French training and Alsatian heritage with a deep affection for New York City. The result is a comfortably luxurious dining experience that has earned him not only the esteemed title of Best Chef in New York City but also 2 stars from the MICHELIN Guide in 2019.
