Acceptance of reservations
Checking reservation correspondence in German, French and English
Daily coordination between Housekeeping, Concierge and Guest Relations
Complaints handling
Guest services
Invoice verification
Daily financial closings
Restaurant settlements
Credit card monitoring
Responsible for the training, management and development of employees at the Front Office

You have a good knowledge of French, German and English, other languages are welcome
- Languages required: English and German. French is a plus
