Attractive career prospects are also regularly on offer where guests enjoy an extensive range of leisure activities surrounded by stunning scenery.

With its cultural mix of more than 300 employees in the winter, 200 in the summer and approximately 40 permanent employees, the Gstaad Palace is the largest luxury hotel in the region. The informal atmosphere is not just valued by our guests, our employees are like one big family, too. We place great importance on supporting our employees and on their continuous further development as only happy employees contribute to our guests having a successful stay.

Gstaad stands worldwide for alpine charm and discrete luxury with pleasant understatement and has remained authentic and down-to-earth at the same time. Besides more than 1,000 events every year, employees can also find a top hotel industry that meets the highest standards and is second to none.
