We are looking for Executive Sous Chef position.
As an Executive Sous Chef, we rely on you to:
- Formulate and implement the operation plan, budget plan, and set department target of kitchen;
- Assist to complete the food & beverage revenue budget, manage food and labor costs;
- Be fully responsible for the hotel’s kitchen operations, supervise and guide the daily work, through guest feedback, find and solve problems related to kitchen service;
- Introduce new dishes from time to time, assist in menu design, and continuously improve food quality and production quality;
- Coordinate and guide the information exchange between the kitchen department and other departments;
- Fully master the daily operation of Kitchen department, ensure compliance with food handling and hygiene standards.
We are looking for someone who:
- at least 2 years working experience in the same position;
- Fluent in oral and written English, strong coordination and management skills;
- Able to lead and motivate the team;
- Good communication skills and customer service ability, positive and optimistic, good at motivation and innovation, commitment to excellence.
