Executive Housekeeper

Job Summary:

  • To manage and provides supervision and direction in the housekeeping operations in accordance with the hotel objectives, performance and quality standards established by Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts.
  • To assign and supervise the daily assignments for housekeeping personnel, linen, flower and amenity including checking and controlling all housekeeping equipment to be used daily.
  • Managing manpower requirements including staffing, training, payroll and budgeting.
  • To ensure that the regular preventive maintenance in the rooms, corridors and public area are being carried out accordingly.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Degree/Diploma/Certificate in business management or equivalent.
  • 2 years working experience in the same capacity with 4 Star or 5 Star international class hotel.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple and competing priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills with confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • Tech savvy with housekeeping system will be an added advantage.
