AsChief Concierge,we rely on you to

• Supervise the daily operations of the concierge desk, ensuring smooth service delivery and efficient handling of guest requests.
• Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the concierge team, matching individual skills and abilities with specific job requirements.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service, such as room service, spa, restaurants, and events.
• Provide regular training and development opportunities for the team to enhance their professional skills and knowledge.

We are looking for someone who

• Minimum 2years and above experience in a similar role in an international hotel,has obtained the Golden Key
• Good interpersonal & communication skill both in English and Chinese, written and spoken
• Natural ability to anticipate guest's needs
• Strong organizational skills with ability to multi-task
• Is a strong team player
• Enjoys being challenged
