Hotel General Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of a new luxury wellness resort comprising 20 private villas. You will ensure high service standards while fostering a calm, healing atmosphere for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full operational leadership of the property (front office, housekeeping, F&B, spa)
- Recruit, train, and lead staff in line with resort brand standards
- Ensure seamless guest experience from check-in to departure
- Manage bookings, OTA channels, and revenue systems
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues proactively
- Report to ownership and oversee budgets, cost control, and KPIs

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years experience in luxury or boutique hotel/resort management
- Strong background in guest experience, staff leadership, and operations
- Understanding of wellness tourism and health-conscious clientele
- Excellent English communication; Thai language is a strong asset
- Hands-on, calm, and solutions-driven
- Lingua richiesta: Inglese. Thailandese è un plus
