We are looking for a motivated and energetic SPA Concierge for Rosewood Schloss Fuschl.

Job Summary :
Welcoming and attending our guests in our luxury spa and wellness areaAdvising guests on our spa offerings and treatmentsCoordinating and scheduling treatmentsEnsuring a smooth operation in the spa areaAssisting in maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of spa facilitiesHandling inquiries and complaints with a high level of service orientationSelling spa products and packages

Required Skills :

• You are interested in the hotel industry especially in the spa area
• Your profession is your passion, which is reflected in the quality of your work and your style
• You have very good communication skills in German & English
