Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager - Leisure to join our team in the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, Vietnam. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and managing our leisure sales operations in this thriving tourist destination.

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to maximize revenue in the leisure sector
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the leisure industry
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Create and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients and partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to senior management
  • Forecast sales, set targets, and develop action plans to ensure consistent growth
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote our brand and services
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the leisure or hospitality industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales analytics tools
  • Advanced financial analysis and budgeting skills
  • In-depth knowledge of the leisure industry, including current trends and market dynamics
  • Experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies
  • Strong presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Willingness to relocate to Phu Quoc, Vietnam
  • Sales management certifications are preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions
  • Fluency in English; knowledge of Vietnamese or other Asian languages is a plus
