Explora Journeys is a vibrant, cosmopolitan, European luxury brand, imagined in the heart of Swiss hospitality in Geneva. Leveraging our parent company MSC Group's hundreds of years of maritime expertise, our fleet of six luxury ships (four currently in the pipeline) are being built and designed in a totally different and unique way that will transform and redefine the cruise experience, creating a category of its own, appealing to the next generation of luxury travellers.
An exciting opportunity exists for a talented Talent Acquisition Manager to join our newly created luxury travel brand Explora Journeys. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for leading and executing global recruitment strategies for office-based roles, with a primary focus on direct sourcing through platforms like LinkedIn, and close collaboration with local HR teams in multiple countries.
The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the future of our corporate teams by identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent aligned with our luxury brand and company culture. This role is based in the office out of our Headquarters in Geneva.
Your Impact
Direct Recruitment & Sourcing:
* Own the full recruitment life cycle: job scoping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
* Lead proactive sourcing initiatives via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, industry networks, and other digital platforms.
* Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for a variety of global office roles.
Global Coordination & Stakeholder Management:
* Serve as the primary liaison between the corporate HR team and local HR partners worldwide for all recruitment needs.
* Ensure consistency in hiring processes while respecting local employment practices and regulations.
* Support local HR teams in best practices for recruitment and candidate experience.
Recruitment Strategy & Employer Branding:
* Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to local markets and global priorities.
* Partner with Marketing and Communications to enhance employer branding, particularly on LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
* Track metrics and report on the effectiveness of sourcing channels and recruitment campaigns.
Candidate Experience & Diversity:
* Ensure a luxury-brand-level candidate experience, reflecting the company's values of service, hospitality, and excellence.
* Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion across all recruitment efforts.
Your Journey so far
* You have minimum of 7 years' experience in a similar role preferably in the Luxury or Luxury Hospitality/Travel Industry
* Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field; relevant certifications (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, SHRM) preferred.
Your Essentials
* Proven success using LinkedIn Recruiter and other modern sourcing tools to fill mid- to senior-level positions.
* Knowledge of SuccessFactors/Phenom systems is preferred
* Experience working in a global matrix organization or with multi-country recruitment coordination.
* Strong understanding of global labor markets, hiring trends, and compliance.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
* High level of cultural sensitivity and professionalism; experience in luxury, hospitality, or travel industries is a plus.
