Job Description

The Wellness Sales Specialist is responsible for promoting and selling wellness programs, products, and services to clients. This role involves understanding clients' needs, recommending appropriate wellness solutions, and building strong relationships to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.



Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Health Sciences, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the wellness or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of wellness programs, products, and services.
  • Excellent organizational, management and written and verbal communication skills (English) and computer skills.
  • Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.
  • Excellent presentation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales and customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Passion for wellness and helping clients achieve their health and wellness goals.
