Job Description

To be responsible on providing TTM therapies to guest, ensuring that treatment standards and therapy outcomes are maintained at all times and are in line with the retreat's TTM wellness model.

Responsible for all quality control; including collaborate with healthcare professionals, conduct consultations, develop personalized treatment plans, maintain accurate records, stay updated on advancements, facilitate wellness talks, promote services, handle requests and complaints, participate in professional development, ensure compliance with policies, support operational tasks, maintain clean and safe treatment rooms, manage inventory, and maintain a daily task checklist.

Qualifications

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Thai Traditional Medicine.
At least 10 years’ experience as an Thai Traditional Medicine practitioner.
At least 5 years management experience, preferably in a hospitality setting.
Excellent interpersonal and clinical skills with the ability to inspire guests to a healthier living.
Excellent organizational, management and written and verbal communication skills (English) and computer skills.
Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.
Excellent presentation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
