Job Description

Responsible for the delivery all TCM treatment to in-house guest under 5 stars resort service standard.
Develop and maintain all TCM manuals and treatment protocols; ensuring that TCM operations have accessible SOP’s and ensuring that all standardized procedures are described, trained, understood and applied.
Ensure all standards of treatments are met, in order to exceed guest expectations and encourage repeat business.
Keep updated on TCM health knowledge through discussion, case studies and training. Provide suggestions for the improvement, expansion or creation of new services.
Maintain and foster strong and professional relationships with any TCM partners and external trainers.
Assist the Wellness Director with the management of all therapists, including;
Business planning and budgets and helping to review business results monthly to ensure the Company is “on track”
Advising on any necessary corrective action
Help manage TCM staff rosters to ensure adequate coverage for all TCM treatments is available at all times.
Ensuring that communications between TCM therapists and other Wellness staff is seamless.
Assisting with budgets and stock inventory.
Ensure that all guest complaints are acted upon and address any gaps in service delivery.
During the transition period, delivery of guest treatments and services.
Thereafter, in shortages of manpower, to assist with the delivery of guest treatments and services.
Offer support in multi-tasking as and when required.

Qualifications

Minimum – Bachelor’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine
License of Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor
Or Appropriate TCM qualification, with adequate experience of delivering TCM treatments.
At least 5 years’ experience as a TCM therapist/ practitioner.
Excellent organizational, management and written and verbal communication skills (English & Chinese) and computer skills.
Guest focused integrative, co-operative approach with guests and colleagues.
Excellent presentation; Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work with people across different cultures and nationalities.
