  • Deep understanding of marketing principles, including digital marketing, content marketing, and event marketing.
  • Ability to leverage various marketing channels to maximize partnership value.
  • Develop and implement an annual integrated marketing plan, in line with the hotel’s commercial strategy and within budget guidelines.
  • Manage the rollout of marketing campaigns and oversee the execution of all promotional activities across all channels, ensuring brand adherence and alignment of communications.
  • Oversee the creative development of promotional materials, eDMs, website content, advertisements, Marketing Collaterals and other marketing-related projects.
  • Collaborate with agencies, third-party suppliers, printers, and other service providers to help marketing projects come to fruition.
  • Regularly track, analyze and report, weekly, monthly and quarterly, on campaigns and channels’ performance.
  • Analyze customer insights, market trends and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
  • Proactively interact with multiple internal departments to ensure successful delivery of a variety of brand and tactical projects that support the hotel’s business objectives.
  • Continually seek out and implement new ideas for increasing the level of engagement and conversion rate.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in marketing, partnership development, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful partnership marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Fluent in Thai & English.
  • Strong leadership skills.
  • Great time management and problem-solving skills.
