Supervise and direct Bell Desk activities and Bell Staff 
对行李服务台的活动和行李服务人员实施监督和指导。
Responsible for sorting and distributing guests and administrative mail and returning mail to the sender for forwarding mail
负责挑选和分发客人的信件及行政信件，并将无人接收的信件送返发信人。
Provide information pertaining to all hotel services, local places of interests, restaurants, doctors, sightseeing tours and any other information likely to be of the interest to guests
提供客人可能感兴趣的关于酒店所有服务、当地名胜、餐馆、医生、观光等方面的信息。
Be prepared to recommend first and foremost the hotel’s own Food and Beverage outlets before any other, making himself totally familiar with the operating times and each outlets benefits

Job qualifications 岗位任职条件：

1、Specialized degree or above, major is not limited;
     专科及以上学历，专业不限；
240 years old and below; 
     40周岁及以下； 
3、More than 2 years of work experience in related positions, both strong independent work ability and team spirit, good at coordinating internal and external relations;

2年以上相关岗位工作经验，兼具较强的独立工作能力和团队精神，善于协调内部及外部关系；
4、Strong learning ability, execution, communication and coordination ability and leadership decision-making ability.
    较强学习能力、执行力、沟通协调能力和领导决策能力。
