【工作职责】

·    To collect orders for guest and proceed the orders to the kitchen staff.

     负责收集食品点单并且传递信息给厨房员工

·    To check all necessary accompaniments to go with the order.

     负责检查点单上所有必需的食品伴随物

·    To prepare the set up of food delivery.

     准备传菜摆台所需物品

·    To ensure food tick off correctly with the order.

     根据点单,确保正确划单

·    To ensure food runner has correct table number and PDR rooms.

     负责确保传菜生把食品送到准确的台号和包房

·    To report any problem situation or special guest request to chef immediately so as to ensure that prompt action is taken.

     及时向厨师长报告出现的问题和客人的特殊需求，以便作出迅速及恰当的应对

·    To have a full understanding of food service standards and product knowledge.

     清楚了解并掌握食品服务标准及产品知识

·    Maintain professional grooming standards and personal hygiene in accordance with the hotel policy at all times.

     时常保持专业的仪容仪表及个人卫生以符合酒店标准

·    Perform other duties as assigned by superior to meet business needs.

     根据营运需求，服从上级安排的其他工作

·    All relevant hotel safety guidelines and procedures outlined in the employee handbook or training documentations have tobe followed at all times.

·   Comply with company regulations, policies and procedures at all times.
