As Head of Physio, you will take the lead in the clinical and operational management of the physiotherapy team at Revive. You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, evidence-based care, while also playing a key role in developing service offerings across Simblija Care Home, Hilltop Gardens, and outpatient care. Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the physiotherapy team across inpatient and outpatient services
* Oversee the delivery of exceptional clinical care in both physiotherapy and aquatic therapy settings
* Collaborate with care teams at Simblija Care Home and Hilltop Gardens to support integrated, person-centred rehabilitation pathways
* Ensure regulatory compliance, clinical governance, and continuous service improvement
* Manage departmental planning, budgets, and resource allocation
* Foster staff development through coaching, supervision, and ongoing training initiatives
* Monitor and evaluate clinical outcomes, patient feedback, and departmental KPIs
* Identify and implement opportunities for innovation in therapy services
* Drive business development by identifying growth opportunities and new service offerings
* Monitor departmental performance and implement strategies to increase efficiency and revenue
Requirements:
* Degree in Physiotherapy
* Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership or senior role
* Experience in both musculoskeletal and neurological rehabilitation, ideally including aquatic therapy
* Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
* A proactive, collaborative approach to multidisciplinary care
* Familiarity with aged care and long-term care settings is a strong advantage
