About the location:

Discover the wonders of ancient civilization at the Acropolis, then return to Four Seasons to unwind and relax. Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens opened in March 2019 and provides a preferred address for both business and leisure travelers, and the highly personalized, anticipatory service that Four Seasons guests expect and value around the world. The Arion Hotel was built in 1967 and has 106 keys and 61 Bungalows, and the Nafsika opened in 1980 and has 136 keys. Under the same ownership is a large private beach club and marina. Nafsika is open through the year, while Arion and the bungalows operate eight months of the year. Adding to the complement of on-site F&B operations (8 Restaurants and Bars), there are also two third party restaurants on site.About the role
Get ready for another exciting season of hospitality and exceptional guest experiences at Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens! As we prepare for 2025, we are looking for warm, organized, and guest-focused professionals to join our Food & Beverage team as Hostess.
Join us and be the welcoming face of our restaurants, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.
What you will do
Set up the hostess stand, manage reservations, and recommend optimal room setups.
Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring smooth flow and excellent service standards.
Monitor dining room cleanliness and table settings before service begins.
Maintain guest reservation records and seating charts with the Open Table system.
Handle guest inquiries, take reservations by phone, and manage waiting lists.
Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and address any concerns with professionalism.
Collaborate with servers and management to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Assist with various food & beverage service tasks as needed throughout the hotel.
Uphold Four Seasons’ high standards for guest service, safety, and teamwork.
What you bring
Legal right to work in the European Union.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Greek is an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous hospitality experience is a plus, but not mandatory.

The hotel offers 303 accommodations, including 200 guest rooms and 42 suites in two main buildings (Arion and Nafsika), plus 61 bungalows set among the trees on the water’s edge. The hotel also features a Spa inspired by the ancient teachings of Hippocrates with 10 treatment rooms including two couples' suites, fitness and recreation facilities and eight dynamic restaurants, lounges and bars – from "Pelagos" a modern Mediterranean seafood restaurant and "Mercato" an all-day Italian trattoria to "Taverna 37" a beach side Greek taverna.
