Main duties and responsibilities:
- He takes care of the coordination of the team and ensures that the given tasks are carried out;
- Responsible for welcoming our guests, according to company policies, standards and procedures, always maintaining high standards;
- Responsible for parking guests' cars;
- Ensures that your work area, internal and external to the Reception and Hall, of the back office is tidy and well maintained;
- Be updated on guest information (arrivals, departures and guests in the house);
- Be informed about the tourist attractions in the area and the services offered by the hotel;
- Work closely with the Front Office team and offer assistance when necessary;
- Coordinate baggage delivery and collection with porters and front office team;
- Coordinate all drivers who obtain ownership.






Requirements:
• Excellent standing and communication and relational skills;
• Flexibility and strong guest orientation;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Excellent team working skills;
• Precision, punctuality, proactivity, attention to quality;
• Patent B
• Role-based experience, gained in category hotels, is a plus for selection purposes.

This research is addressed to candidates of both genders with reference to Italian Law 903/77 and Law 125/91.
This position is based in (FI), Tuscany. Availability of staff accommodation upon request. Candidates should have a flexible schedule with the ability to work all shifts, weekends and holidays. You must possess the legal right to work in Italy.
