We're looking for a detail-oriented, analytical Metasearch Campaign Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team. In this role, you will manage and optimize high-performing metasearch advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor, Bing Hotel Ads, Trivago, and more—leveraging tools such as DerbySoft, MyHotelShop, WIHP, and Koddi to generate measurable results for luxury hospitality clients.


Role Description:

As a Metasearch Campaign Specialist, you’ll be the go-to expert for metasearch strategy and execution, overseeing day-to-day operations of campaigns for a portfolio of world-class hotel and resort brands. This role requires advanced knowledge of metasearch platforms, data-driven optimization, and strong experience working with connectivity and bid management partners.


Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop, launch, and manage metasearch campaigns across Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor, Bing Hotel Ads, Trivago, Kayak, and similar platforms.
  • Work directly with metasearch tech partners such as DerbySoft, MyHotelShop, WIHP, Koddi, and Sojern to ensure optimal connectivity, campaign pacing, and data accuracy.
  • Monitor campaign performance in real time to optimize bidding strategies, pacing, and budget distribution based on ROAS and conversion KPIs.
  • Analyze performance data across metasearch platforms and attribution tools to generate insights, optimizations, and monthly client reports.
  • Communicate strategy, performance, and next steps directly with client stakeholders, account managers, and internal teams.
  • Ensure real-time rate parity, feed health, and inventory integrity in partnership with connectivity providers and hotel revenue teams.
  • Identify new opportunities for campaign expansion, AB testing, and channel growth based on market trends and platform enhancements.

Desired Skills:

  • 2–4 years of direct experience managing metasearch marketing campaigns in the hospitality sector
  • Proficiency in platforms including Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor, Bing Hotel Ads, Trivago
  • Hands-on experience with DerbySoft, WIHP, MyHotelShop, Koddi, or similar bid management platforms
  • Familiarity with hotel CRS and booking engine connectivity and data feeds
  • Proven ability to analyze performance data and derive actionable insights
  • Strong project management and communication skills, especially in client-facing settings
  • Native-level written and spoken English required
  • Experience working with luxury travel and hospitality clients
  • Understanding of Google Analytics, GTM, and other reporting platforms
  • Working knowledge of revenue management systems (RMS) and hotel rate distribution
