Job Description
As a Pool Sunshine Butler at Villa Haven, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to guests at the pool area. Your role will include attending to guest needs, ensuring their comfort, and enhancing their poolside experience with personalised and attentive service.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role, preferably in a luxury setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to providing high-quality service.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
- Positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in hospitality management is a plus.
- Proficiency in English; additional languages are an asset.
