À propos du poste
La persona sarà inserità nel reparto di Food & Beverage e affiancherà il Director Food & Beverage, supportando l’operatività dei vari reparti (cucina, ristorante, bar, room service, banchettistica), la gestione degli aspetti di sales e booking relativi al mondo F&B.
In supporto al suo Tutor, si occuperà sia di back office, attraverso la gestione amministrativa delle prenotazioni individuali e di gruppi, sia del contatto con il cliente interno ed esterno per l'organizzazione dei social events.
Infine avrà l’opportunità di seguire e coordinare eventi F&B presenti in albergo durante il periodo del suo stage.
