We are seeking a dedicated and professional Bartender to join our team at our Michelin Bib Gourmand-awarded restaurant. Responsibilities:
* Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages.
* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
* Monitor and manage bar inventory and restock as necessary.
* Provide recommendations and pairings to complement menu items.
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and responsible alcohol service.
* Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea drinks to high-quality standards.
* Operate and maintain espresso machines and other brewing equipment.
* Maintain a clean and organized coffee station.
* Engage with guests and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
* Customize drinks based on customer preferences and dietary needs.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a bartender and/or barista in a quality-driven hospitality environment.
* Knowledge of mixology, specialty coffee preparation, and beverage presentation.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Passion for food, beverage, and hospitality.
* Attention to detail, cleanliness, and presentation.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
* Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
* Food handling certification and licence is required
