THE IMPACT OF THIS ROLE          

Contributes to the smooth and efficient administrative operation of the Global Commercial Function and provides executive and administrative support to the Chief commercial Officer, VP Revenue & Distribution and VP Global Sales

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provides executive support for the designated commercial leaders by coordinating operations issues amongst the managed properties, formulating team visit action plans and preparing management reports as necessary.

• Coordinates travel, calendar scheduling, correspondence, and expenses for the designated commercial leaders.

• Ensures that management information is regularly and appropriately maintained and updated, including updates of policy, directories, and files/folders.

• Provides ownership & coordination of the divisional budget, facilitates associated processes for compliance and approval with IT, Finance and Legal business partners.

• Builds and coordinates presentation decks for various ad hoc and recurrent meetings and deliverables.

• Administers meetings; records, reports and manages the communication of minutes and deliverables.

• Assists with planning and organizing company events and meetings including arranging audio-visual equipment.

OTHER

• Acts as a “Brand Ambassador” always and ensures brand integrity and clarity are always maintained.

• Models the Company’s culture, vision, mission and core values at all times.

• Completes ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

CRITICAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS 

Required Skills

• Well organized, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility, detail oriented and accurate

• Good command of both written and spoken English and able to communicate with external and internal guests.

• Proficiency in word processing and MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.  

• Enthusiastic and motivated disposition with a team spirit.

Qualifications 

• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Business Administration or equivalent combination of education and work experience.

• Experience and proficiency with social media platforms and marketing platforms such as adobe illustrator, adobe Indesign and various presentation tools.

• Must be able to prioritize, organize, multi-task, and take initiative while resolving problems using good judgment and in the absence of a manager.

• Current experience in the luxury hospitality industry with demonstrated understanding of basic business, service, and commercial tennents of the industry.

Experience 

• At least 5 years of administrative experience, preferably in a sizable company and supporting a senior executive.

This position is open to candidates based in Los Angeles, CA or Texas. The salary range for this position is $75,000-$95,000 annually. This is the pay range for this position that the company reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of experience, location, and education.
