We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Shop Manager to lead the daily operations of our retail store. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, a proven ability to lead teams, and exceptional communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff supervision, inventory control, customer service, and sales performance.
- Lead, train, and motivate a team to meet and exceed sales targets and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
- Ensure the shop maintains high standards in visual merchandising and cleanliness.
- Monitor and analyse sales figures, stock levels, and customer feedback to improve overall performance.
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Prepare reports on store performance and provide actionable insights to senior management.

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in retail or shop management.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is essential.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage teams and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Experience in using POS systems and basic office software (Excel, Word).
