About Us

We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurants Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of various dining outlets at Crowne Plaza Bahrain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing All Day Dining, In-Room Dining, Lobby Lounge, and Pool Bar, while also supporting the Pub Manager and Banquet Manager in their daily tasks.

Your day to day

- Collaborate with the Head Chef to enhance food quality and presentation

- Create promotions and activities to drive revenue and guest engagement

- Uphold the IHG and Crowne Plaza brand culture

- Communicate effectively with all Heads of Departments for seamless operations

- Work under pressure and meet qualitative and quantitative targets

- Report to the Hotel Operations Manager and General Manager

What we need from you

- Strong background in restaurant management

- Guest experience-focused with attention to detail

- Ability to implement and promote IHG and Crowne Plaza brand standards

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver results
