Wat ga je doen als Sales Executive
Als Sales Executive ben jij het gezicht van MSC Cruises richting onze reisagenten, zakelijke partners en distributiekanalen in Nederland. Jij weet precies hoe je marktkansen signaleert en omzetgroei realiseert. In deze rol:
* Beheer je een bestaande klantenportefeuille en bouw je deze verder uit
* Zet je commerciële acties op en breid je de groepen business uit
* Analyseer je markttrends en vertaal je deze naar concrete salesstrategieën
* Vertegenwoordig je MSC Cruises op beurzen, events, scheepsbezoeken en studiereizen
* Werk je nauw samen met je collega's van alle afdelingen van de MSC Benelux- organisatie en het hoofdkantoor in Genève
Wie zoeken wij?
* Je hebt minimaal 1 jaar ervaring in een commerciële B2B-rol, bij voorkeur in de reisbranche
* Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels
* Je hebt analytische vaardigheden en sterke affiniteit met cijfers
* Je bent respectvol, verantwoordelijk en betrouwbaar, met een open instelling
* Je hebt een zelfstandige werkhouding met teamgeest
* Je bent bereid om te reizen binnen Nederland en soms internationaal
* Je staat open voor aanvullende taken en verantwoordelijkheden, zowel ad hoc als permanent
* Je bent flexibel in werktijden, ook regelmatig in het weekend en 's avonds en in bezit van een rijbewijs

MSC Cruises has grown exponentially since 2003. In such a short time, we have built a fleet of 22 modern and most environmentally advanced ships!
With our constant expansion, our fleet will grow in capacity with the arrival of seven new ships in three different classes by 2027.
One of our latest ships – MSC World Europa – was delivered in 2022, inaugurating the World Class. It is our largest cruise ship to date, with a capacity of over 6,700 passengers, served by more than 2,000 crew members.
In 2023 we inaugurated the MSC Euribia equipped with the best and latest environmental technology and bestowed with a highly-innovative design.
In 2023 MSC Cruises entered the Luxury segment by launching its first of four Explora Journeys ships.
Recruitment Prospects
With three new mega-ships and four Luxury ships to be built and delivered between 2023 and 2027, the biggest and most important challenge for MSC Cruises is to find, recruit and train a high number of new crew members needed to provide the service, fun and safety that have become hallmarks of MSC Cruises.
This massive project is already well under way. The Human Resources Team is not only working to recruit the best talents but is also visiting our manning agencies and hiring partners around the world to ensure that the right people and facilities are in place to prepare this ‘army’ of new crew members for their life at sea.
