Your Journey So Far
Applicant need to:
1. You have proven experience as a Bell Attendant in either the luxury hospitality sector or onboard a cruise ship.
2. You have honed your ability to manage guest needs with efficiency, discretion, and charm.
3. You are fluent in English and proficient in at least one additional language, enabling you to communicate effectively with an international clientele.
4. Your passion for hospitality drives you to deliver exceptional service.
5. Your commitment to excellence allows you to succeed in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
Your Essentials
Eligible candidate needs to:
1. Experience: proven experience in a similar role onboard or in a luxury hotel.
2. Languages: Fluency in English and at least one additional language is required.
3. Skills: Strong organizational abilities, a proactive approach to guest service, and the ability to multitask with poise and efficiency.
4. Attributes: A positive attitude, immaculate grooming standards, and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
5. Availability: Must be able to work flexible hours and adapt to the dynamic schedule of life at sea.

MSC Cruises has grown exponentially since 2003. In such a short time, we have built a fleet of 22 modern and most environmentally advanced ships!
With our constant expansion, our fleet will grow in capacity with the arrival of seven new ships in three different classes by 2027.
One of our latest ships – MSC World Europa – was delivered in 2022, inaugurating the World Class. It is our largest cruise ship to date, with a capacity of over 6,700 passengers, served by more than 2,000 crew members.
In 2023 we inaugurated the MSC Euribia equipped with the best and latest environmental technology and bestowed with a highly-innovative design.
In 2023 MSC Cruises entered the Luxury segment by launching its first of four Explora Journeys ships.
Recruitment Prospects
With three new mega-ships and four Luxury ships to be built and delivered between 2023 and 2027, the biggest and most important challenge for MSC Cruises is to find, recruit and train a high number of new crew members needed to provide the service, fun and safety that have become hallmarks of MSC Cruises.
This massive project is already well under way. The Human Resources Team is not only working to recruit the best talents but is also visiting our manning agencies and hiring partners around the world to ensure that the right people and facilities are in place to prepare this ‘army’ of new crew members for their life at sea.
