Job Description

Effectively manage the flow of bookings into the venue.
Answer phones, take dining reservations, and enter diner information into the reservation system.
Maintain a waitlist and quote accurate wait times.
Make appropriate seating decisions using the station rotation chart.
Organize seating for large and special needs groups.
Greet guests and determine the number in their party.
Seat guests by finding a clean, available table; pulling out chairs; placing a clean/current menu in front of guests, etc.
Guide guests through the dining rooms and provide any needed assistance.
Ensure place settings are appropriate and each guest has a napkin, clean silverware, and any other item that is part of the standard place setting.
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day.
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, and safety.
Communicate with guests and other team members to meet guest needs.
Other related duties as assigned by the Food & Beverage Manager.

Qualifications

College Diploma in Hotel Management or related field.
Previous experience in a Food & Beverage/Restaurant/Bar operations management role.
Passion for leadership and teamwork.
Eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Understand F&B trends in Bangkok Market
Excellent guest service skills.
