What You Will Do:
- Assist in the setup and preparation of the dining area before service (mise-en-place).
- Run food and beverages from the kitchen/bar to the dining room efficiently and safely.
- Support the service team by clearing and resetting tables, ensuring cleanliness and organisation.
- Anticipate the needs of guests and team members, maintaining constant communication with servers and kitchen staff.
- Help maintain high standards of hygiene and presentation in all areas.
- Ensure prompt, friendly and professional interaction with guests whenever needed.
- Report any guest feedback or service issues to the supervisor.

- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, especially in a luxury or lifestyle environment.
- High energy, attention to detail, and a team-player attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, guest-focused setting.
- Basic knowledge of food service and hygiene practices.
- Fluent in Portuguese; English proficiency is a strong advantage.
- A positive, proactive, and adaptable approach to daily operations.
- Langue requise: Anglais. Portugais est un plus
