¿De qué trata el trabajo?
Serás la imagen amigable de nuestro restaurante en el hotel, asegurándote de que cada huésped disfrute de una experiencia excepcional. Además de preparar y servir bebidas y platos deliciosos, serás un anfitrión atento, un conocedor de la zona y un embajador orgulloso de nuestra marca. Tu misión será crear momentos memorables y hacer que cada visita sea especial.
Reportarás al Restaurant Manager.
Tu día a día
• Recibir a los huéspedes con una actitud cálida y amable para que se sientan bienvenidos.
• Explicar el menú y la carta de bebidas de manera atractiva, resaltando el origen, sabor y preparación de cada opción.
• Preparar tu estación de trabajo asegurándote de tener todos los insumos necesarios y gestionar el inventario.
• Verificar que siempre haya suficiente stock de alimentos y bebidas.
• Mantener limpia y ordenada tu área de trabajo.
• Apoyar en otras áreas cuando sea necesario, como el servicio a la habitación, el bar o la terraza.
• Coordinar con el equipo de cocina y restaurante para garantizar un servicio fluido.
• Identificar las necesidades y preferencias de los clientes para hacer recomendaciones acertadas.
• Reportar cualquier problema de mantenimiento o limpieza en el restaurante y asegurarte de que se resuelva.
• Gestionar correctamente las cuentas de los clientes, procesando pagos en efectivo o con tarjeta y manejando consumos anulados o de cortesía.

¿Qué esperamos de ti?
• Más de 2 años de experiencia trabajando en hoteles o restaurantes.
• Licenciatura en hospitalidad, turismo, restauración o un campo relacionado.
• Dominio del español e inglés; otros idiomas serán altamente valorados.
• Persona proactiva, positiva, enérgica, dinámica, con habilidades para el trabajo en equipo y pasión por el servicio.
- Langues requises: Anglais et Espagnol.
