Summary

Park Hyatt Doha, a luxury hotel renowned for exceptional hospitality experiences, is seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Arabic-speaking Front Office Intern to join our dynamic team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry.

As a Front Office Intern, you will welcome and assist guests with a warm, friendly attitude, manage check-in and check-out processes, and handle reservations and inquiries. You will update guest profiles, coordinate with other departments for special requests, maintain accurate records, and prepare reports. Additionally, you will address guest complaints promptly and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.

Duration of the program is 6 to 12 months.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficient in Arabic and English.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
