A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A Night Guest Service Manager at Holiday Inn Express Earls Court.

What you'll be doing...

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, you can expect your working day to include the following. 

-Running the night reception operations.

-Bar duties.

-Preceed with night audit tasks.

-Responsible for the guests and colleagues security.

-Helping in the hotel breakfast preparation.

To succeed in the role of Night Guest Service Manager, you will need the following qualities and skills. 

-Can do attitude and initiative.

-Excellent customer service skills.

-Ideally Opera system experience.

-Managerial and multitasking skills.
