As a  Bartender at Crazy Pizza, you will be the driving force behind our bar operations, ensuring an exceptional beverage experience that complements our lively atmosphere. You will maintain the highest standards of service, and oversee all aspects of the bar, from crafting innovative cocktails to managing inventory and sales performance.

Your day to day:

• Oversee daily bar operations, ensuring seamless service and an engaging guest experience.
• Lead, train, and inspire a team of bartenders, fostering a high-performance and customer-focused culture.
• Ensure the bar is fully stocked, maintaining inventory levels, placing orders, and managing supplier relationships.
• Drive sales by proactively promoting premium spirits, wines, and signature cocktails.
• Handle guest interactions and feedback, ensuring an outstanding and memorable experience for every visitor.
• Collaborate with the wider restaurant team to create an energetic, seamless, and immersive dining atmosphere.

Who are you?

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Bartender in luxury hospitality, high-end bars, or premium restaurants.
• Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to train and develop a successful team.
• Expert knowledge of cocktails, wines, spirits, and bar operations, with a passion for mixology and innovation.
• Exceptional customer service skills with a keen eye for detail and luxury presentation.
• Highly organized, with experience in stock management, ordering, and cost control.
• A natural leader with a positive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
