POSITION OVERVIEW
The role of F&B Marketing overseas all F&B marketing work (advertising, public relations, direct marketing, collaterals, and social media,) to ensure that F&B of AMAN is correctly positioned as an ultra-luxury hotel product. Maximizes and executes all F&B marketing opportunities in a timely and professional manner to secure high quality targeted exposure of the hotel and all its revenue streams.

The role of F&B Marketing overseas all F&B marketing work (advertising, public relations, direct marketing, collaterals, and social media,) to ensure that F&B of AMAN is correctly positioned as an ultra-luxury hotel product. Maximizes and executes all F&B marketing opportunities in a timely and professional manner to secure high quality targeted exposure of the hotel and all its revenue streams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Creates positive profile awareness through the media representatives on all aspects of F&B marketing.
- In conjunction with the Director of F&B �� develop a marketing plan for the whole F&B. Liaison with the contracted PR Company to provide product briefing. Achieve the targeted media exposure goals.
- To ensure that the whole F&B is professionally positioned in all the key market segments.
- To optimize the relationship with key F&B marketing partners, to ensure that they are provided with a strong brief from the client and that our investment generates appropriate levels of return which are measured carefully.
- Work in conjunction with Communications to develop an annual F&B action plan with supporting communication, collateral, and PR actions to gain the maximum exposure for these initiatives.
- Creates positive F&B press releases briefs and circulates them to relevant PR agencies after approval of the brief from Director of F&B. Cooperated with F&B venue manager to achieve the F&B sales target. Building F&B top spender group, maintaining good customer relationships.
- Assist the Director of Revenue to promote the promotions, initiate yearly marketing plan which is the basis of the F&B Annual Marketing Plan with outlet team.
- Create marketing plans to increase revenue and generate business. Handle all correspondence for contract agreement.
- Assists in procurement of sponsors for events and activities.
- Attends the daily F&B briefing.
- Carries out other additional duties from time to time as delegated by Director of F&B.
- Initiate F&B Marketing Meeting, recording targets, deadlines, and all details as notes, follow up all activities thoroughly.
- Administer the database, analyses the tape of the guests from F&B reservation system.
- Updated each F&B promotion on the website.
- Personally, and frequently verify that guests in the Outlet are receiving the best possible service.
- Conducting marketing research, competitor analysis and identifying the key issues. Providing Marketing information to Director of F&
QUALIFICATIONS
- Well groomed
- Presentable in accordance with Aman image
- Articulate and refined speech
- Healthy
- Degree/Diploma in any discipline
- Written and Communicates in English high-level
- Minimum 2 years’ relevant working experience in a sizeable luxury hotel, with at least 2 years in similar capacity
- Strong sense in business acumen and food & beverage market trends
- High standards of professional manner with exceptional communication and presentation skills
- People person and good motivator
- Excellent organizational skills

- Computer knowledge, Marketing related system skills
