Now, we're seeking a driven and polished Sales Executive to join our dynamic Sales & Events team and help us grow group business, events, and conference revenue in one of Australia’s most iconic destinations.

Job Description

  • Drive business growth by converting sales leads and securing group bookings, events, and conferences.
  • Respond swiftly and professionally to sales and group enquiries, ensuring prompt and detailed communication.
  • Build lasting client relationships through proactive outreach, site inspections, and familiarisation visits.
  • Collaborate across teams  - liaise with Accor and Sofitel Sales & Marketing to execute strategic sales plans.
  • Meet and exceed KPIs, both individually and a valued member of a team.
  • Ensure seamless execution by coordinating client event details with key hotel departments.


Qualifications

What you will bring to the role: 

  • Proven success in a Sales Executive or Coordinator role, ideally within luxury hospitality.
  • A refined, client-first approach and strong relationship-building skills.
  • Experience with Opera Cloud, Microsoft Office Suite, and event management systems.
  • A natural closer with the ability to uncover up-sell opportunities and convert leads into bookings.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and a proactive, polished presentation style.
  • Impeccable time management and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
